This staff powered innovation initiative collected, filtered and presented refined ideas on how to better the firm\u2019s culture, technology, and processes. The staff was asked to come with new and cool ideas that they felt could be implemented across the company. The inaugural of the contest saw the adoption of an overhaul of the processes for onboarding new operators and an in-house charity lottery. <\/p>\nThe company stated the its very first Idea factory consisted of 4 rounds that finished with several proposals put forth before a panel of senior managers in the company. It also saw the implementation of a new workshop to be used for brainstorming and launch of in-house classifieds. A proposition to develop a new emoji based online video slot was also put on the agenda. <\/p>\n
