Playtech, the gambling software development company, recently signed a comprehensive agreement regarding casino management with Caesars Entertainment EMEA. It will span eight landmark properties in the UK, including the internationally renowned Empire Casino, Central London.
The earlier Caesars’ legacy technology will now be replaced by Playtech subsidiary IGS’ modern proprietary Neon Enterprise system which will afford the casino group complete control of all its operations across the eight properties, 427 electronic terminals in London, Mayfair and throughout its UK estate and its 178 gaming tables. Playtech’s retail division that includes IGS, is well-established as one of the fastest-growing systems providers to offshore casinos.
The new agreement states that Caesars will manage Neon’s advanced player tracking features throughout its estate, and enjoy the estate-wide, while also savoring the most of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Bill, Know Your Customer (KYC) and Enhanced Due Diligence controls.
The Neon Enterprise system also features Neon Analytics and Neon CRM, which was released only recently. Both features are tightly packed into the enterprise architecture so that it delivers focused offers to players and can measure the effect of its efforts on having a good bottom line. Martin Sykes, managing director IGS, in conversation with TotallyGaming.com said, “Neon Enterprise is the fastest-growing casino and slots management system worldwide. In the future, we will be incorporating features for other verticals including bingo, sports betting, virtual sports and number games to manage all forms of retail gaming as part of the Playtech ONE omni-channel solution.”
Alex Oswald, CFO of Caesars Entertainment EMEA, stated, “From my previous experience of using Neon – specifically Neon Analytics and the data it provides operators – I knew that it would make a significant impact if deployed within Caesars Entertainment properties.”
Totally Gaming says, “As a leading provider of systems to land-based casinos, Playtech’s retail division is committed to providing operators with the latest technology for player tracking and security. The new agreement with Caesars Entertainment will give the group complete control over its UK estate, while allowing the company to offer targeted campaigns to its customers.”
